Will be funny seeing another team running around in Mansion shirts......
English soccer outfit AFC Bournemouth have named Mansion Group as their new main sponsor.
The deal will see the international gaming company’s logo displayed on the side’s home, away and third team shirts, in addition to the Cherries’ training kit.
Financial terms of the deal, which was negotiated by sports marketing agency SportQuake, were not revealed.
As part of the sponsorship agreement, the Mansion Group will work with Bournemouth on a range of commercial projects and marketing activities.
The club won promotion to the Premier League after finishing top of the English Championship last season and will compete in English top flight for the first time in the 2015/16 season.
AFC Bournemouth’s commercial director Rob Mitchell said: “Mansion is one of the globe’s biggest names in the online betting and gaming industry, with a history of sporting partnerships. This is a major commercial deal for AFC Bournemouth and we look forward to a successful partnership ahead.”
Sagi Lahav, the chief executive of Mansion Group, said: “At Mansion, we have a fundamental belief in hard work and perseverance.
“Based on this, we have been impressed by the recent performance and promotion of AFC Bournemouth, and look forward to partnering with them for their first season within the English Premier League.”
Mansion was previously a sponsor of Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur between 2006 and 2010.
