Loan him back? Why sign him then? We need a back up striker NOW!

That's why I think we should buy another more experienced strikers as well as dembele.
Dembele is very young and might not be ready for the premiership yet? And another 6 months of game time in the championship would be better for his devolpment IMO

This is the one. This window's Alli

Kane-like. The right age to be happy to understudy. And cheap (last 6 months of contract)

From the little I've seen of him, he very much reminds me of Fredi Kanouté.

If he genuinely is available for a few million, he'd be a fantastic back-up for Harry.

I've never seen him play. Is he quick? Pace over the top up front is one quality we lack.

Smart option. Would prefer him to Berahino at 25m+ any day of the week.
West Brom will never get a £25m offer for Berahino ever again, if he goes in january it will be for maybe £15-17m. Rondon is starting a head of him and Berahino hasn't performed while on the pitch.

Njie and Son solved our pace issue. What we actually need is someone who can play with their back to goal, like Kane. Like Dembele.

Agree we need someone who can play with their back to goal. I just don't think N'jie is quite as quick as I expected and he also isn't a number 9.

I take it then that Dembele isn't particularly quick?

I don't think Njie has had the chance to stretch his legs yet, just because a lot of teams defend deep against us (like yesterday), which doesn't suit quick players.

Dembele is an alrounder. Definitely quicker than Kane, but not quite so big. I think the Kanoute comparison is spot on.

Well I loved Kanoute as a player so that's all right by me.

They haven't, they have just given us some options. A rapid forward as a back-up to Kane would give us another dimension. I'm not saying Dembele is wrong for us, as quite simply I have barely seen him play, however it is wrong to suggest that Son and N'Jie solves the issue of lacking pace.

There's very few teams we can use pace against anyway. 9 teams out of 10 sit deep against us now, where you need guile players, and are given no opportunity to get round the back
