He was a Levy buy: Poch was on holiday when it occurred; Levy thought Poch could improve him.

I'm fairly confident that in this day and age, Pochettino was reachable by one of those "telephone" things even though he was on holiday, especially during the last few days of the window. Not a chance Levy signed him without any knowledge of it by Poch. In fact, the ITK at the time suggested that Poch was the one pushing for him when our other deals fell through.

At that time, I think Pochettino's influence may have been less than it is now. Remember that when he started he was referred to as head coach and then it changed to him being the manager.

Poch had already switched roles long before we bought Sissoko so not sure how that's relevant.

You should try some CBT and avoid the benzos.
