As some of you might have read, my gooner girlfriend bought me the carling cup final shirt and gave it to her sisters boyfriend who took it down to the training ground and got all the players to sign it (will post pictures later). The only 3 who didnt sign it were Keano, Berba and Gilberto. This guy knows Chimbonda very well, apparently PC cant read, write or speak english very well and when was asked to write "best wishes" on my shirt, he had to ask how to spell it.

Today the guy (who does general repair work for the team around their houses) took my shirt to Berba and Keano's house and got them both to sign it, which means they werent on the plane to Prague with the rest of the team. The guy later told me that they were more than likely being rested....unless they were flying out tonight?? From what i've read the team are already out there, I very much doubt that they would fly out a day before the game.

Dont trust this 100% but thought i'd post it up to see what people make of it.

Fire away...

So according to that we're going to start with Bent and Pekhart? Or Bent on his own maybe? I can understand resting one of them but it would seem a bit bizarre to not even take them, surely?

Tell me about it! Reason why im not getting overly worried about it. But will wait to get my shirt back and make sure he didnt just hand sign it himself!

EDIT: Anyone know what time they flew out?

Saw a report on Sky Sports News about half hour ago and Keano was at Stansted with the rest of the players. Didn't see Berba but no reason to suggest he hasn't travelled.

The lads have got this weekend off to put their feet up. Ramos wants results first then rest.

I was in Blanchflower Suite after the Derby game and Chimbonda was the player who came up after the game to give a little interview and have photos with everyone. His English is pretty good, better than Zokora's I'd say. He actually comes across as a bit shy, which is a bit surprising.

And I suppose you think this is funny? I take it you speak french fluently and will have no problem writing french quotes without assistance. You know where you can stick your thread and your "I know a man who knows so and so" attitude and stick it where the sun doesn't shine! Condescending moron.
