Oh, get off your high horses ya bunch of wankers. Its an opinion, albeit a bit of a crap one. Deal with it.

It was a pretty foolish comment that you made, the lad came on with minutes to go as the loan striker in a team that was happy to protect their 1-0 lead and as a result made no attempts to increase the lead which gave the lad no service with which to show what he could do.

What would you suggest he should have done? what possible reason do you have for saying he looks shit?

You might as well have said Bostock looked shit by the way he was running up and down the touch line and warming up.

well a quick look at the table and remaining fixtures suggests we should have qualified or effectively qualified before the last game - assuming we don't lose 3-0 at home or something ridiculous like that - which isn't gonna happen (IMHO)

I'm just pleased that there was some bottle on the sidelines to bring these kids along and actually give them some game time. They must have been shitting it. We only had a 1-0 lead - one nervous slip or give-away and that's all confidence shot for the next six months. Well done Harry.

Those lads will go home tonight tall as a fucking house and their mates will be texting all night long and they'll go in to work tomorrow with a real swagger and an extra keenness for some more of that please.

They may not have knocked us out with a blistering appearance but they all started somewhere.

So were we able to register these youngsters recently? Or did Ramos select them in his UEFA squad?

Youngsters under a certain age don't have to be registered.

A good result - an average performance. Gomes was comfortable, but not really tested, the defence played well and Campbell worked hard. How anyone can slate Obika is beyond me......

Good performance from a disjointed team mainly made up of our 2nd string.

What are you saying? Barney is not real, or that he is not the prime minister? Either way I am concerned.....

Well Said PT! You're Spot On!

Don't understand some people on here you know! We won the game, is that not enough for some?! It's not that long ago that we were losing almost every second game!

Considering the players that were missing tonight, and the small bunch of first teamers we had available (14 I think it was!), we should be very happy with this result.

It practically ensures qualification, 2 academy boys got huge oportunities and don't forget the likes of Bale, Gunter, O'Hara, and Campbell - they're also young lads who'll have gotten a lot from tonight as well.

Roll on Everton and hopefully the returns of Corluka, Pav, King, JJ and maybe just maybe, Modric?!

I really shouldn't take the piss out of the terrifyingly dim/gullible. It's like kicking a cripple's sticks away. Too easy. But fun if you're in the mood.

It's all about opinions and people agreeing and disagreeing. That is why it is a forum. No need to get personal.....just accept that you are not right.

Modric, Pav, Lennon, King, Corluka, Jenas all rested.

UEFA Cup away game, horrible pitch.

3 points and a clean sheet, 2 youth players introduced.

There's not TOO much to feel disgruntled about.

Ps 7 wins in 9 for Harry. COYS!
