Might have been covered in pages 2 to 5 but my guess is your lovely girlfriend purchased this whilst AVB was still employed.
Now he's been sacked it's been horribly devalued and that's why he's not interested in a refund.

Did you try taking it back yet riggi? How'd you get on?

If not, have you posted a few pics yet?

Ye she did then my mum went in with her the second time, as I was at work. Bloke said both times that his boss will call us.

Nah I haven't yet actually, to be honest if he doesn't take it back, ill keep it. Some of you lot are right, selling a present like this just isn't right. Ill probably take some pictures soon anyway just to show you.

I'm sorry if I sounded preachy earlier, it wasn't meant to be, I'm just quite aware (after painful, painful experience) of the thought process which would probably follow from seeing her boyfriend take back a present. Not that I've done that, I value my nuts, but I've been made to suffer for actions which to me seemed perfectly logical and correct plenty of times and have the deep set scars to prove it!

Retailers don't have to refund or accept returned items unless they arent as described or fit for purpose. Most have a 28 'goodwill' policy in place though and if they advertise as such they have to stick to it.

Tell them you tried the shirt on and it doesn't fit, so money back please!

My wife got me f-ing slippers. Want to swap partners? (I'll also swap the slippers for the framed photo!)

You should tell the shop owner that none of the signatures match with the ones you've been collecting outside WHL for the last year or so and see what he says.

You could even mock up a load of fake signatures in an autograph book to prove it.

350 quid for a framed signed shirt? I wouldn't refund either if I was the shopkeeper!

I'd sling it on ebay and see how you get on. Good luck!
