How we all getting on with this?

I went on holiday and now stupidly busy at work so not getting the time for it. Just had 30 quid taken from my account for ProfitSquad too so I guess if I don't get any time this just won't work for me!

Exactly the same for me. I really should dedicate a few minutes a day to this, and when you look at what can be made it is silly not to.

Not done any NCOs for a week or two but spent a bit of time understanding the horse racing. Made a couple of hundred from the dutching and the free bet refunds in the last few weeks.

I'd expect by the weekend to be around a grand up overall and that's without spending much time doing anything (not touched accumulators yet which along with dutching seem to be the two long-term sustainable methods of making decent money).

Putting in effort, I can easily see a grand per month being possible and certainly a few hundred a month for not much effort.

The free bet refunds you did was that on the horses or football?

I was talking about the horses as there's a lot more opportunity there. At the weekend there's something like 20+ races, all with various refund offers from various bookies. You still need to find a good match but there's normally 5-10 chances of a refund free bet.

But it also applies to football, had a £25 free bet refund last night for the penalty in the England game which will end up being £20 or so profit. Others had a free bet because England threw away the lead (I backed Spain to do that, doh!).

With the horse refunds do you bet on just one horse per race or more?

There are different offers.

Some refund if it wins by 5 lengths, some if it wins, some if it finishes second to the fave, some if it falls I just take any bet that's a good match (i.e. you make money on the exchange or you lose a few pence at worse).

On some I've done the same horse with difference offers so covered if it came first or second and others I've just done whatever the best match was.

The other weekend I placed something like 10 bets that in total made me a qualifying loss of around £1 but then 3 of them got the free bet refund so ended up with £75 in free bets (so like £60 profit).

Ok thanks. I just wasn't sure if i should cover just one horse a few to try and increase my chance of getting a refund, didnt know what was best.

I tend to focus on what gives the least QL but both ways work well, spreading the refunds over multiple horses with lots of chances for a refund or focusing on one horse so winning more if it does trigger the refund.

I've had a shit week, every EV offer I've done has lost me money including the Bet365 Vegas NCO and I couldn't even back a winner in the Chan 4 races on Sunday. Plus my last Bingo NCO lost me £4 lol.
I know it's just a blip but I'm going back to just Sports NCOs for a week, still got quite a few to work through.
Seems that moaning on SC changes your luck. Did another Bingo NCO just now, up over £100. :woot:

After making a £1.25 loss on Bingo last week, made a £39 profit on Foxy Bingo this week. So far on the bingo (5 of them) made a total of £95 ish profit. The four where I won were all day time and the loss was in the evening - maybe because of more players at that time.

1.2 minimum odds, have you worked out the easiest lay yet? Over 1.5 goals and under elsewhere I guess.
I just went with the draw, 3.3 on Sky, 3.35 on betfair for a €2.50 qualifying loss.

Edit : Utd's odds shortening, 2.5 on Sky, 2.54 on betfair and falling.

Never mind, Sky's odds have dropped as well.

How long are you dedicating to it each day?

I'm not finding (or making) enough time to warrant it really
I'm back at work the last two weeks so getting less time but still can get the odd bet placed, even at work. But its evenings mainly. Before that I could spend all day at it really.

Spent most of this afternoon with a few windows open for the horses and made almost £150 in free bets on the various refund offers.

Up to £1050 in total now and got a few free bets to still "cash in" which should push it over £1100 in the new few days :)
