Nice one, thanks for that just made £17 odd from those.Good news is i just won 41 quid from 5 free spins on betfair. make sure you are checking offer out. No wagering requirements , no strings.
It all got a bit tense on the PS forum yesterday (Hi Rob), I think the PS staff cant handle the workload at this time of year and they started being quite defensive.
I think the issue is that it's so busy and they're busy making their own bets to have time to help people like they would be normally.
"Should be" if they are being paid for a service
To get started you need at least £200 in Betfair/Smarkets and around £50-100 for bookie sign ups. Be prepared to add another £200 into the exchange if your back bets win though, so a max £500 startup all in.Was wondering is there many people on here use this and what sort of money should I lay out at first
Completely taken my eye of the ball after the first couple of months, but still been paying the subscription (about £90 to date) so I really need to get back onto it or cancel.Anyone still doing this? Yearly price gone up to £150 now.
To elaborate more:
With the matched betting, it started off well but once you start to lose promotions with some of the bookies, you lose the best offers and it can start to be a bit of a struggle. But then a new regular offer with a different bookie turns up and it kick starts the whole thing.
With dutching, it's more complicated but once you understand the basics then it's not too bad. However, again once you're limited at some bookies it becomes difficult to get the best odds. I'd say it's a struggle unless you have "friends" (i.e. you're using friends/families details to run other accounts) so you can always get the best odds. I'm still not sure on the legality of that so have avoided it completely so not made much from dutching.
With casino stuff, there's been a few casino loopholes (e.g. bonuses that activated other bonuses, withdrawal loopholes, etc) and I've won a few grand from these. They might only come along once or twice a year but if you're signed up and ready to do them, they can more than pay for your membership.
There's also a recently added "high risk" strategy that sees you lose more often but when you do hit a win it can be HUGE. This is still fairly new but the maths stats up and long-term I think it's where a lot of the profit might come from.
Basically, there are various "revenue" streams and these can fluctuate and change. If you've not turned your £150 subscription into over a grand profit in a year I'd be shocked.
How much time do you spend on it Rob?
I can't access gambling sites at all during the day, so would evenings be worthwhile?
I'm still doing this. I've only made £1200 since December. You need a big bank roll to make the most of it though. I'm only half way through the bookies though. I think if I had more time I'd make £500 a month from it but at the moment I'm making about £300 which is tax free don't forget.Anyone still doing this? Yearly price gone up to £150 now.

I'm still with Profit Squad although I've moved to another company that I use more now.

That's pretty much where I'm at. A tidy profit for next to no work and I just stopped doing it for some reason.Completely taken my eye of the ball after the first couple of months, but still been paying the subscription (about £90 to date) so I really need to get back onto it or cancel.
Obviously with Rob's example there's money to be made, although my £300 odd looks pathetic compared to his £12k....
