That shirt looks like a pile of cack. UA are much better than that at making sports wear. Looks like that one was knocked up in Asia to be sold at markets.

I reckon the plans are right, but the "actual shirt" pictured is an asian knock off using the leaked imitation - hopefully when the shirt is officially released it is as the plans but looks better than the shirt pictured...

I don't recall one. I think this twatting about with extraneous colours and design is a fairly recent phenomenon.

Wasn't the slogan when we had that monstrosity with the yellow on a couple of seasons ago 'success comes in 3 colours'? To be fair it was quite prophetic as we actually managed to qualify for the CL that season. Maybe this will lead to similar success, in fact now I am feeling positive. :)

The font of Aurasma looks so cheap.

'Success comes in 3 colours'? Fucking marketing. How about 'shit loads of revenue comes in 3 colours' or 'We'll fuck up your kit in 3 colours'? 'Success in a sailor suit' might have been good.

I just hope that success will come in two colours: white shirts with no irrelevant 'designer' crap on them, and navy shorts.

It was a very thin veiled attempt at positivity. Hopefully the away kit will look pretty smart, I do like Navy away kits.

Same. Either way, I won't be buying an official one. Hopefully the fake away shirts down chinatown are of a decent standard!

Didn't we have a grey and white shirt in the mid '80's?
Yep.

Sorry IOMLS, I didn't mean to have a pop at you, and I'm sorry if it sounded that way. I was just having a quick rant at 'marketing speak'.

Not at all. I knew it was directed at the marketing and not me.

I was at the lane today for a tour and the bloke doing the tour said it would be out on 14-16th of july. The Kitman had it all there ready to be shipped off to the states for the preseason tour

One day we'll go with Nike and have cool kits.

Or maybe back to adidas or umbro, would prefer Nike but any of the three would suffice.

Teams in the championship even have cool nike kits ffs so no idea why we seem to enjoy being so obscure.

Adidas didn't even last very long in the early 0's.

Orange would be a cool kit sponsor too - I like the colour orange as it's warm and nice, plus I have my mobile through them. :D

There's no grey on that shirt (all the pinstripe detail is in navy), the nearest we have come to having grey on the shirt was on the 82 Centenary Shirt and the 83-85 home shirt, they both had ghost stripes in the material (which in a certain light can look grey). Also the second set of Adidas shirts had some grey-ish trim round the V neck.
