Nobody loves Spurs more than me. Nobody hates Spurs more than me.

Never a truer word said. Sums the years of support up perfectly..

Spursgirls, what's your Twitter name? Can't seem to find you to follow you back. Unless I am already following you back, in which case, all is good!

Strange that I show as following you, but if I start typing a message to tweet you, you don't show up! Anyway, I've just sent you a message by typing your name out, so hopefully you'll have it now. Reply if it works!

Top blog - any mention of Jason Dozzell, regardless of context, will always earn rep from me.

(To those who don't have a clue what I'm on about, read the 'Wear Sunscreen' blog and have a chuckle).

Cheers Tommo. Ah Dozy Jason. It hardly seems credible that he ever played for us...

How many times must I tell folk this:bang:

Jason Dozzell was never (REPEAT - NEVER) a Spurs player. He was, in fact a member of the groundstaff. One sultry August afternoon, as the teams strained at the bit in preparation for the referees whistle, young Jas noticed a crooked blade of grass. Somewhat injudiciously, and without prior instruction form his superiors on the GS, he ran onto the pitch, spirit-level in hand, to straighten the offending blade of grass. An ill-formed and somewhat precipitous journo spotted the 'Dozzell' on the back of his GS THFC apparel (so close to the tracksuits worn by the substitutes), directed his photographer to capture the moment, and 'announced' the arrival of the new Spurs striker 'Dozzell' (the troublesome, but not nettlesome, blade of grass happened to be located close to the oppos goals).

And thus the wholly fallacious legend of jason Dozzell, Tottenham striker, was born:-|

I've always felt that there are some players who were born to don a Spurs shirt.

Dozy wasn't one of them (and I could name quite a few more).
