The 'Elite' should be the standard. The 'Replica' shirts are quite a bit different without even having to look that hard. material, stitching round the badge (worst bit) being the main culprits.
Neither version justifies the £80 price tag.
The other non primary Nike kits are much more in the region they should be. Pompey's (League One) home kit is effectively the replica style and is priced at £55.

I am curious what the demand curve looks like for Portsmouth v. Spurs (or any of the top PL clubs.)
Brighton Away is £60. again, probably the equivilent of the stadium shirt

They don't do this out of the kindness of their hearts.
This money then contributes to the team.
I still find it abhorrent people will willingly shop at places such as dhgate for counterfeit goods funding illegal immoral operations and yet have the audacity to complain that Nike are charging too much.
Yes the kits are stupidly expensive and yes you do have the right to not buy them, but please don't support genocide committing countries buying "cheap" knock offs.
