That seems to be the same picture you posted yesterday. Are they working on the new stadium on Sundays?

Its really weird. The picture I posted was different. It keeps switching back to an older pic. The pic i posted had 3 more squares filled in

Whats this for?

The 'offsite' housing scheme Spurs are committing themselves to, including affordable housing I think.

Mind you, a nice outlook with those storage units and factories adjacent.

I quick scan of the documents shows the application is for 145 flats/maisonettes as well as some industrial and retail units. That should help towards paying for the new stadium, and to improve the area.

The front part of this site, alongside White Hart Lane, is the site that was being offered to Archway Steel with planning permission granted for an industrial building as compensation for them moving. Very foolish of them to turn down the offer and appeal against the CPO.

Think this scheme is being built, in part, to rehouse any of the residents from the Love Lane estate who wish to stay in the area (and there are references to how Love Lane representatitives are shaping the design in the documentation).

And in turn the Love Lane estate needs to be demolished for Moselle Square (incorporating the walkway from the revamped WHL station to the new stadium) to be built. So until 500 WHL is built the Moselle Square may not be built is my guess

Lol at the telling of stories about living outside of london in the same patronising enlightened way as you would use when describing a year backpacking around asia.

Wet Spam have sold out. 54k. Looking for 60k with planning permission. Then 66k the year after.

Just goes to show. Build it, and they will come.

Of course they have. It's a new stadium and they're riding high. They were always going to sell out the first year. And they've massively discounted loads of seats and season tickets.
In fact, only selling out this stadium only in March, 5 months before they use it, is crap and I'd be worried if I were them.

To plan for a bigger stadium on the back of this is complete craziness.

That's quite impressive if they have. So that's the whole ground minus away fans sold as sts?

IIRC the 54K was set to keep the viewing distances for all seats within 190m from the further corner flag which is the recommended maximum viewing distance for football. Seats are being sold cheap @ £289 for a season ticket to the fill the 54k capacity so anything above this will need to be even cheaper.

This capacity increase sounds to me like spin in readiness to sell the club.
