Isn't it something like Hughton has made 63 subs and not one has scored or got an assist. Won't be us who got him sacked.I'd feel slightly guilty if we got Hughton sacked but it's a possibility.

Unbelievable, yet totally believable. It's unbelievable how Capoue and Kaboule changed our game, they are absolute rocks.
People would be wanking over Tommy Carroll if he put in that sort of performance. He was great today, and it 18 that's not 'expected' against top half Prem opposition.Agreed. Bentaleb looked much better in a more advanced position, but given the level of opposition that should be expected. But if Hugo hadnt made a string od fine saves in the second half it would have been a different game.
Never any doubt...We'll see if it translates on the pitch, but I kind of like this squad. I'd rather see Eriksen out there but I think this lineup should do fine.
I'd prefer them to ignore us...never good under pressure.Tonight's result should really see the media sit up and take notice of us, but I'm sure they'll be too busy wanking into their Liverpool scarves.
OkayThis kind of comment really annoys me. "If Loris hadn't been on form, if Ade hadn't scored 2 goals, if other players hadn't played so well, if Newcastle had've scored more than us, if we hadn't played better than the opposition, well, who knows what might have happened."
FYI, Newcastle were really NOT that bad. Most of the game was quite exciting end to end stuff. We took our chances. And yes, we are a far better team than them, and it eventually showed.
Because he had some security behind him in Capoue. It took some of the responsability off him defensively to go and express himself.Bentaleb is like a machine tonight, up and down more times than a whore's drawers.
On that basis we are more likely to be Champions than being caught by Man U!.
Great result just seven points off top ofthe league.
Brilliant.Okay
Good, I'd rather us be going into the final push of the season as the underdogs.Tonight's result should really see the media sit up and take notice of us, but I'm sure they'll be too busy wanking into their Liverpool scarves.
But with goal difference we are 4 points off going ahead of them, thats 2 games more they have to slip up in. 12 games to goTheres still a lot of football to be played, liverpool will drop points we will too, its as simple as who drops more. Im happy chasing for once rather than being chased, im sure we're in for a huge shout come may, also got a feeling arsenal will be sucked into this.
To be honest, the longer we stay out of the media spotlight the better. We tend to crumble when the papers start saying our shit smells of roses. Much better to gather points in quiet.Tonight's result should really see the media sit up and take notice of us, but I'm sure they'll be too busy wanking into their Liverpool scarves.
Aston Villa?Did we ever get a 4 nil win under AVB? (Honest question)
