Not under rating Newcastle but this team should be able to guarantee us 2nd spot

Forgive me for sharing this sentiment, I know it won't be popular with some people but; Fuck Arsenal! I want to win and be second but with no deference to any other club.

Why won't that be popular with anyone?
Not anyone just some people. I guess I mis-spoke no doubt everyone will be happy with the fuck Arsenal sentiment I just won't lose any sleep over not finishing above them because I am confident we will be doing it often enough from now on.

I'm going to miss the game as I'll be on a boat trip. I'd like to think I'd have the self control to wait and watch it on MotD, but I'll blatantly be checking the score on my phone every 10 seconds.

I'm a bit worried that the crowd are going to be a lot more motivated now in a bid to try and persuade Benitez to stay whereas I kind of expected them to be very flat with having already been relegated.

we need to really get at them early doors and not give them any encouragement but make no mistake.... Townsend will be after us tomorrow

Great season.... But if we end 3rd behind Ars then it's a massive fail.....CL yes but a pretty bad collapse imo. Let's beat these non shirt wearing fat twats.

Can practically guarantee Andros will plant one of his 1/100 30 yard screamers plum in the top corner. That said, It'd be a bloody joke if this clownish Newcastle side put in a spirited performance tomorrow after a season of unadulterated wank to deny us 2nd place.

It'd also be very very Spurs.

Right now I'd take a bore draw in a heartbeat.

Would like to see Winks start alongside Dier. Think he's the best replacement for Dembele as Mason and Carroll can't carry the ball as well as him. We need somebody to replace his drive in the middle.
Agree with you. That recent performance for the U21s was outstanding. Most natural replacement for Dembele IMO.

Most unlikely unfortunately.

I'm actually glad we're away from home as we're generally much better and we won't have the tension of the home crowd playing on the team, as it so obviously does.

It's ridiculous that this game has effectively nothing riding on it in terms of making an actual difference to the season, yet I'll be more nervous during this that most games this season.

I really, really wish we hadn't fucked up against Southampton last week, it was such a disappointment. To even allow the possibility of them sneaking in was criminal, though thanks god they only drew with City.

Come on Spurs, one more game, you can do it, pleeeeeeeease...
