Yep need this sorting asap, Ange can only do so much, he already deserves better backing and support that hopefully Munn and the new DoF will bring

This may have already been posted somewhere , if true there is still some hope that Paratici may be cleared eventually and could resume as DOF in the future. have also posted similar in the Munn thread.

Important news regarding the "Prisma" investigation by the Turin Prosecutor's Office , which investigates Juventus ' accounts . In fact, as announced today Tuesday 6 September, the trial is moving to Rome .

The judges of the fifth section of the Cassation declared the territorial incompetence of Turin , thus ordering the transmission of the documents to the Rome Prosecutor's Office. A victory therefore for Juventus who, through their lawyers (together with those of the 12 suspects) had requested that the trial be moved to Milan or Rome , respectively the headquarters of the stock exchange and the servers of the stock exchange itself. On the contrary, the prosecutors of the Turin Prosecutor's Office would have liked the proceedings to have remained in the Piedmontese capital.

Why would we get rid of our head scout because a new dof is coming in? Could it be he wants to bring a scout with him?

The talk has been that Gabbanini expected/wanted to get a promotion to DoF. It's unclear whether he's quit or been relieved of his duties.

All we heard was positive noises about Gab, now suddenly this - falling out with someone maybe?

It does point that way to be fair as opposed to perhaps retaining the status quo until Paratici returns in an official capacity.

Would imagine with Munn's arrival and now this news that we won't be far away from learning the revised structure between Ange and Munn/the board.

Matt Law says we sacked him, rather than "parted ways". Could be just because he's a dick who hates Tottenham, mind.

Alludes there's 'more to follow' which suggests there's a restructuring plan.

EDIT: POK saying we have one lined up and just waiting on the announcement - nor does he know who it is.

Wow was not expecting that. Maybe he wanted the job full time. Seems like a big shame tho. Does suggest we are going to appoint a new DoF with his own team.
