There’s been a lot of talk about Freund and Neppe getting kicked out so be interesting to see how this plays out. No chance he comes here tho imo.

Would be strange considering he just started this month. Although, them bringing in Eberl is strange... considering Freund started this month.

Weird club.

Yeah it would be rather odd but with BM nothing really seems to make sense. It seems every day there’s a new rumour coming out of Germany about people leaving BM, Neppe was supposedly about to leave months ago yet is still there.

Ex-Chelsea technical director watches on

Following on from news of Paratici’s presence, Christopher Vivell, who is on gardening leave after leaving his position as Chelsea technical director, is also at Tottenham today. Spurs sources insist he is not in the running for the Tottenham sporting director job.

I can also confirm I watched the game yesterday and I am not in the running for the Sporting Director job.

And this

Paratici is in attendance

The former Tottenham Hotspur director of football Fabio Paratici is in attendance at the stadium today for the Liverpool game. He is in one of the hospitality boxes in the west stand and is chatting to members of the Spurs staff who are coming over to see him.
Paratici is finding it hard to stay away. Banned for 30 months by the Italian football federation for his part in what they alleged was rule-breaking at Juventus, that ban was extended worldwide by Fifa. He eventually resigned his role at Spurs in April. Paratici, who worked for Juventus in various roles for 11 years, was one of a group of executives sanctioned over transfer deals.

Why did he leave? Didn’t he just join. Had no idea this happened.

I had to look it up. They recruited him December 2022, but a restructure had him reporting to Winstanley & Stewart, despite him originally being deemed more senior. At that he allegedly asked to leave after the restructure.

Is it out of the realms of possibility that it’s 3 transfer windows until the ban ends that we just keep Paratici as a consultant and Levy/Munn implement the advice. Summer 25 he is back? I would hate for the progress to be undone with another DOF with differing views and another rebuild

I can't see any kind of structure overhaul happening now Munn is there, I'm convinced it will be more a recruitment specialist to fit in rather than a DOF with loads of new ideas, onions obvs.

Just can't help himself, he's defo got a cockerel leg tattoo.
With the talk about our next DoF being someone low-key im wondering if whoever it is will essentially be a surrogate for Paratici and will step into an assistant role once the ban has finished. Maybe Gab wasn't keen with the idea of reverting back to a head scout once Paratici was free to work again. IDK but if Paratici wasn't going to be involved going forward with a new DoF coming in why would he still be hanging around with Levy.
