Chelsea coaches:
Tuchel- Kind of an easy transition since he likes back 3 formations, but he needs more creative players.
Potter- Boehly didn't need long to sack Tuchel, doubt he lasts long. Would make Bissouma happy probably.

Mendes coaches:
Bruno Lage
Sergio Concenciao- Another one who replaced Nuno (at Porto). Don't know much about him but if we go Mendes route he seems to be doing better than others.

Doing well in Premiership this season:
Frank
Marco Silva
De Zerbi

Did well in lower leagues:
Rooney
Kompany

Love pressing:
Poch
Gallardo

Paratici hired them before:
Allegri
Sarri

Spalleti is great but I doubt he comes here.

No way Spaletti leaves. He is on the verge of becoming a god in Naples if he gets them over the line.

Also want to add I really like Thomas Frank but their style is not great. Infuriating seeing "want to watch good football, get Frank"

1. Poch
2. De Zerbi
3. Gallardo

Anyone who puts us on front foot and actually wants to be here. I can’t handle another ex Chelsea

A very unhelpful thread. How about supporting the Manager and his squad ?

I'm sure Antonio and the club are gutted to see this when they log into Spurs Community....

It's not an unlikely scenario we see a change.

And btw I am 100% behind Conte staying and being backed.

Fourth consecutive season we’ll have changed manager during it. No serious manager will come here with that kind of pattern.

Roger Schmidt might be an option in the Summer if Conte doesn't extend. Has done well with most clubs he's managed.

Im not overly convinced Postecoglou would work so well. He has signed mainly Japanese players for Celtic which has worked, but i don't think that would have such success in the EPL.

I can’t see anyone else but Poch and I wouldn’t be surprised if it happened in the next few weeks ( if this window doesn’t appease Conte ) .

Conte has his faults but if we don't back him and support him i cant see anyone else improving us, our back 4/5 is terrible we have no creativity in midfliend we have a collection of wingbacks and fullbacks no one else would want, 5 left backs/wing backs if you inc ben, Right side we are at 3 currently with one more on the way!

our recruitment is the issue not the manager!

I voted Poch because that romantic in me feels he might be refreshed and ready to finish what he started. Primarily though it was because I want to feel a connection with the club again and Poch gave me that. I also think he would walk over hot coals to come back and not see it as some kind of favour, which is the feeling that Conte gives me

I do want a coach who I will feel a connection with like you say. With Conte it pretty much feels, as one reporter wrote - very conditional very transactional. Arsenal have Arteta. Man City have Pep. Liverpool have Klopp.

Next coach will need to contribute to that reconnection I think. Its been three managers with like no real connection. Im not describing it well.

I mentioned yesterday it feels like Chelsea have our manager and we have theirs... I genuinely wouldnt be surprised in like a management swap. If Poch isnt coming back that is.

One thing is for sure, we will be starting again from scratch. Im writing as if Conte has left - which he hasnt of course

Schmidt is an excellent coach. The issue I have with him is that he starts very well but once you get into the second season he finds it tougher.

Also Benfica have really restructured everything in the way they work to really help him.

Levy won't do that.
