I think he's saying he will be out of reach in the summer mate.

PSG might be looking for a new manager for a start, Madrid, maybe Chelsea.

I don't think that's what he meant. And remember, what he said was opinion, not ITK. But you might be right.

for me if nagelsman agrees to come now he will get it if we have to wait to summer it will be the current Paris manager

And if I read it right, i'm wondering what if Nagelsmann agrees to come but not until the summer. Now I might be wrong, I often am but that's how his opinion reads to me.

Apologies if posted, had a look and couldn't see it:
From Dragon1 on COYS:

They are struggling to agree compensation with conte that’s why he has not been sacked but they want him gone
possibility of stellini to end of season if conte is ok with his friend and assistant staying

I appreciate my last post said mason would be caretaker but board are now concerned it may be to much for him as we are still fighting for fourth but could still happen

Poch has gone down pecking order I do not know why

favorites are now Nagelsman or the former nice coach now in charge of psg

the managers my previous post alluded to were the sporting and feyernord managers , they like the Brighton manager but he has only had one great season at Brighton

for me if nagelsman agrees to come now he will get it if we have to wait to summer it will be the current Paris manager

if those two pass and the crowd get behind Poch I can still see him happening ahead of the others
What is going on honestly. Why are we interested in Galtier!? Not a bad manager but he’s not remotely right for us. How is he at the top of the list. And again still no Gallardo.

It's not well known but he's actually the old man of his coaching team. His assistant is 20, the analyst and keeping coaches are 16 and the fitness guy is 15!
What about the work experience kid/tactician? I think he’s 12.

IMO Dragon ITK: if Nagelsmann agrees to come now (even if he agrees now to come in the summer) he’s the guy. If he wants to wait then we move on.

I agree with you, that’s how I read it. The problem with that is of course, that it would sound like they are desperate to get this sorted now, but don’t sound like they are keen on any of the managers that are available now (Poch, Gallardo, Enrique)

Finding it hard to agree with any of this.

“Painful rebuild”
For those that disagree, not my opinion those of Don Potch many years ago. Well actually it is my opinion, it’s time to clear the decks and stop this ritual grind of our top players leaving or staying and mangers leaving or staying. It’s time for that rebuild! Il take a couple of seasons of Europa leaggue

A lot of it is how I've heard it tbh. Conte is gone though.
🤯

Yeah Conte is gone which is why I disagree with the post. I'm also under the impression Nagelsmann is the top target and currently most likely but I hadn't heard Galtier mentioned at all.

Poch has never been near the top of the list from my angle due to what I've posted about him so I couldn't agree with the part about him dropping down the list.

And regarding the part about if Nagelsmann won't take it now we wouldn't be willing to wait until the Summer and would give it Galtier instead, that just makes absolutely zero sense to me. If Nagelsmann is your top target, and you're going to wait to employ someone else until the Summer but not be prepared to wait for your top target, how does that make sense?

Naglesmann and then if not Pochettino ok fine. Galtier in the middle is a bit odd, maybe I have the wrong perspective on him but isn’t he a more pragmatic coach.

What always confuses me with our hires is they often have managers with totally different styles/player requirements. Eg we hire Poch after Van Gaal turned us down.

Think that makes sense tbh.

Last thing we want is to spend 2 months pining over Nagelsmann, hoping he commits, only for him to get cold feet and piss off elsewhere or decide take a year off. This would make approaching other managers complicated if it's clear they're not our first choice (I suspect this happened during the Nuno summer) and basically leave us in limbo until the summer at the earliest.

If he needs time I'm sure we could give him a couple weeks and put Mason in temporary charge for a game or 2 - more of a classic caretaker manager situation rather than a 10 game stint - but I think we Nagelsmann to make a decision one way or the other within the next week, really.

I imagine he either joins now or not at all. Committing to join in the summer when European football is hanging in the balance doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
