He's worked here before though so probably knows how we operate and therefore would stay well clear.
How many staff have left us for Liverpool? I know Inglethorpe did, thought another left for the North West too?

He means it by he will be playing golf regularly.

I saw the club pro tweet with a photos saying he's been giving him lessons.

But yes looks like youre right.

I do find a little bit weird/cringe hes hanging around London but thats me looking too deep into it aswell.
Poch spent more than five years in London. He obviously feels a connection to the city and has friends and acquaintances who live there. He has the time and the money, so why wouldn't he visit?

I will advise for all the supporters of Poch, which I was until his last 18 months. I would support him if he comes. But feel it will end in disaster. Please heed my warning. But some won’t.

This club is driving me insane. If Poch wasn't right then, why is he right now? Have he become a better manager since, or have we changed as a club to better give him the tools to succeed?

Can someone please explain to me why this is a good way forward?
He was right until the squad started to decline. Then things started to slide so we sacked him thinking he wasn't performing well enough anymore. We hired 3 managers who all had the same issue, 2 of whom are the most successful managers in football. The light bulb has flashed and we've finally realised it was not Poch after all but the squad that was the issue the whole time. Now we've learned our lesson and will finally give Poch what he needed all this time.

I can only wish that last bit will be true

Was the year he didn't get any new signings when he was calling for a painful rebuild during the last 18 months ?

I'm all ears if you have a better suggestion.
If it’s interim like it has been suggested, then Tuchel. Continue the system with a guy who knows how to play it, is a proven winner and can come in somewhere mid season.
If not, then go for a project manager, someone on the up like an Amorin, someone who can bring fresh ideas and give us a chance to win something.
Not bring in a guy who lost the title to Leicester and didn’t win anything with our best team in 30 years.

Maybe because poch couldn’t win anything when we were “so good” at a time when Leicester managed to win the league.
Does any of this current side get into pochs side that year? I just have zero faith in poch to win anything
We were still becoming consistent the season Leicester won the league and that was a crazy one off fluke where every team rolled over for them.

The following season we were beaten by Conte’s Chelsea side who went on about a 17 game winning run!

We were unbeaten at WHL that season and won 17/19 games at home I believe.

Then he also got us to a CL final with Winks & Sissoko in CM.

Poch isn’t perfect but he built up and improved a ton of those players and gave us some incredible times.

Sorry but I believe either you’re trolling or don’t appreciate the job he did, just criticising him because he didn’t win anything is absolutely ridiculous, so would you rather we brought back George Graham or Juande Ramos because they won a League Cup for us?

Worse players than he had when he couldn’t win anything….

Maybe, although I'd say Porro, Romero, Udogie, Skipp, Sarr, Bentancur, Bissouma, Hojbjerg, Kulusevski, Richarlison, Kane and Son is a much better starting place than what he started out with last time.

95% of managerial appointments end in disaster (sacked) it’s about what they do along the way. I’m not completely convinced it’s right but i don’t think it’s a awful choice.

Only interim manager that would sign would be Mason or Stellini. Maybe Sherwood…

No manager of any note would agree to an interim job. They will want a longer-term contract.

Why am I trolling? I do appreciate the job he did but I also appreciate he didn’t win anything when he should have. I want a manager to take us to the next level so we can finally win something.
I loved poch for a long time but I had my frustrations with him and you can call it a fluke but it’s simple that he didn’t win the league… he lost home and away to that Leicester team.
Explsin to me how poch is going to elevate us to the next level with a worse side.
I would put every penny I had on conte winning the league with that spurs team whrn Leicester won it.

Hear you loud and clear, some of us don’t have the inside info, but for the most of us, under him, was our best years for as long as I can remember - we got closer than ever before and ever since, a stupid handball away from from the biggest trophy of them all (lots of luck in a shit show season).

although, currently I’m siding with - any manager we get will end in a shit show under the current leadership too
