What's scary is that no manager alive can solve our poor-performance culture on their own. Mourinho couldn't, Conte couldn't. No one can.

The footballing side needs a complete overhaul but I doubt anyone has any confidence whatsoever in Levy realising that, let alone acting on it.

We could get any manager in tomorrow and we'll be in the same place this time next year unless there are other major changes on how our football side is run.

Mourinho and Conte don’t stick around at clubs long enough to truly effect change in culture. They were the wrong men for the job and that’s on one man. And now here we are.

I really don't think it matters who comes in as manager. The Club is on a downward spiral and past actions or the lack of them have finally caught up with the decision makers at the top.

That's why Slot may be the best choice.

He can work with limited tools and we may be heading for a reset.

A big coach may just paper over the cracks

It's like the most depressing moment of clarity ever

If its a full reset then we have to sell Kane or Son and take a hit on a right few of our so called starting 11. The mentality is weak in every single one of those players.

Ultimately its the tactics that are totally and utterly inappropriate for the players we have at our disposal.

We want the pressure but the players can't cope with the pressure.

It's gonna be a tough watch the end of the season.
Don't know how people cant see this.

Conte's system is all about drawing the opposition out and catching them out once they move out of positions.

It's not a system that can pass the ball comfortably around 10 men. It doesnt take the control.

It sets baits and traps and that means defenders/goalkeepers (the least technical) on the pitch have to negotiate there way through the press whilst the more technical players wait to get into space.

I can guarantee De Zerbi, Arteta, Emery even Potter would have just controlled that last 20 mins.

We had no control because the system relies on giving it to the opposition.

Im sorry but that's not true.

We have made three poor to dreadful managerial appointments in a row and it's showing.

Mourinho and Conte are totally I'll suited to our club and Nuno was a clown a totally out of his depth.

I bet you get the right coach, who coaches the players , doesn't fill them with fear and is positive you will soon see a turnabout.

We have given the keys to two disaster merchants who protect their own brand at all costs and yeah we're now here feeling like it's a disaster

If our top target is Slot, there is no way Levy is reacting tonight and just employing someone out of work.

Going to be a tough watch these next 9 games unfortunately.
as painful as it's going to be its the right call.

Those wanting Poch or Potter in now are REACTING. Thats the very thing that is getting us in this mess.

We are going to lose Kane and Son looks done.

That means we need a refresh and that means planning and getting the right coach for that

Big ask for him to come in and deal with this lot. Especially considering he likely has little experience dealing with so many egos which we certainly seem to have. Whoever we bring in needs to have the balls to bench players regardless of their name or pay check. Not that Slot isn’t that guy, he may well be.

Really tho, more than just a manager we need a DoF who actually understands what is wrong with this team and understands the manager we bring in. Paratici isn’t that man.
