Against Lyon and Inter we faced some sort of adversity so this game is no different. If there is one thing our players have shown this season it is character, so I definitely would not be writing us off just yet.

Its time for some other players to step up and take responsibility.

I'd like us to win it.
Qualifying for the Champions league doesn't really seem to have helped with attracting top players and if we do qualify for the CL we're highly unlikely to win that so we could be stuck in a finish 4th and win nothing rut and we don't come from Woolwich.

The time to make that decision was at the beginning of the season. Now we have played ~ a dozen games, we may as well take the next one seriously.

Thursday will be very tough as Basel are excellent at home.
