Mate I owned you in my response this from you is like our team poor, weak and insipid now put your phone down and go to bed you can try another day.
I think it says more about you mate. Basking in the glory of losing a final.
No doubt it was an achievement to get there. But it’s nothing to be celebrating for years to come.

There's no evidence to suggest I was doing the former.
And you've just proved my point with that latter.
what were you celebrating in years gone by?
Mate, don't get me wrong, getting to the final provided me with some of my best footballing times ever but...as a fan, I'm hoping were going to win every competition we enter. Not expecting but hoping.Yes but the inverse of that is that we showed incredible mental strength to paper over those cracks.
Were ANY of us expecting to make a CL final?
But that measure it is TANGIBLE success.
If you can't celebrate it then you're just not really a supportwr. You're an expecter. Which is fine but not actually that realistic. So I Just get a bit bored by people misering over unrealistic expectations rather than celebrating tangible and real improvements ie: MAKING A FUCKING CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL.
When we get dumped out of the CL group and are 6th at Xmas you can go at with glee. But right now I still like to think I'd prefer to support the club and manager and team. cheers.
I really don't think we can use the fact that we reached a Champions League final, as a shining beacon of how wonderful everything is at the club.
2 league cups in my life time. Wooooo
Totally agree with Poch. It's the lack of intensity and determination to perform as a collective, working and fighting for each other.
It's not there, but it's down to Poch to find the solutions, to re-focus them and to increase our intensity.
Far too many times this year we stroll out and play like we're in a coma until we concede.
It was nice to see Poch out of his seat and shouting tonight though, it's hide time imo.
But ultimately its down to him to get this group of players a bit more charge up as a collective unit.
Hopefully he does it soon.
Who's pretending like it wasn't an achievement?Look, I'm as worried as anyone about our ability to maintain -- or retain - the levels we showed 2016-2018 but if you just read that sentence above and don't see the utter, stupefying, unearned, unrealistic and horrifically arrogant message it sends, then there's really no hope.
Making a CL final is an ncredible achievement.
Losing a CL final is hardly a dishnour.
It's about maintaining a level that gives you a chance to make the next one that's important.
But pretending like meant nothing?
No wonder our support are so sullen and shit these days. Shudder...
It’s all you ever go on about. So yeah, you are basking in it. And you use it as your argument every time someone questions Poch or the team. It’s an achievement but not one that should be used to judge the team as it is now. And nor should it be used to discount the shambles we when been since January.
you watched the first one?
Yeah, nah. This isn't an accurate or honest portrayal of my statements.
But yes I definitely celebrated making a CL final. Just as I celebrated our cementing of ourselves as a constant CL qualifier and contender.
When this changes I'll reassess.
It hasn't yet changed.
Until it does I will celebrate that moment Moura's goal sent us to a level we've never experienced.
That okay with you? Or do you insist that all Spurs fans have to always be fucking moaning about everything?
Dont' you ever get tired of that?
