Looking to get over for a game this year and have never been. Do I've to have 2 membership accounts to buy 2 tickets? or can I buy 2 tickets for me and my partner with my membership alone? Thanks
You both need to have membership and then you add your partner to your network so you can allocate the extra ticket to them.

Was on at 9:00 and no queue, was able to browse site fine and search for tickets for other games, kept refreshing expecting to be put into queue soon. Suddenly a few minutes ago it dumped me into queue with 13000 in it!

Hmm I was refreshing and there was still no option to buy a ticket for Hotspur members - I read your post and tried clicking the Hotspur+ button and now I'm in a queue with 14k people - pretty frustrating.

WHAT A LOAD OF FUCKING WANK.

got kicked out of the queue at 940 and just got on to no tickets, for 3 games

what bullshit this 3 games at once shite is

Those complaining about being in the site and then being dumped out and put in a queue, this is not a fault or an error with the site; it's how it works.

Once you are in the site, regardless of it being 8am, 9am or 9:30am, you have about 20 minutes to buy a ticket or it times out and you're put in the queue. You don't just get to stay on the site, indefinitely. Also, never, ever refresh the page; you're asking for trouble. The site is constantly updating live, every 5/10 seconds or so. No need to refresh any pages once you're in a queue or on the site.

It's all about timing it right that you are in the queue when it and access to the site completely freezes prior to the tickets going on sale at 10am (I have seen a few posts of some moanign about not seeing tickets prior to 10am?! They're not even on sale yet!).

I am fortunate where I do work in front of a computer and have never failed in getting tickets I wanted because I have worked out how the queuing system works and timing the point I join, perfectly.

Yesterday, I was 'next' to join the site when the queue froze prior to 10am. So at 10am I was in, bought the ticket I wanted and back out less than two mins later. It's brutal and hard to deal with but demand far exceeds supply and you have to play the game to be successful.

And that game involves me using 5/6 different browsers across my phone and computer to time it right.

Thank god we don't (yet) have a ballot process! Thats when it'll be really s*** for a lot of us

So what time do you join the site? If you join at 9:45, you're at the back of the massive queue. If you join at 9am, there is no queue but you time out too soon.

It seems that you need to time it for when the queue starts but what time is that?

I got in around 9:15. Once I was in it did time out, but I then just clicked on the ticketing link and it let me straight back in.

I was browsing between 9:05 and 9:40 and it didn't put me in the queue.

And, don't forget to clear your cache beforejoining the queue, otherwise you will never be able to actually put a ticket in your basket!

I find it all depends on the games that are going on sale.

Yesterday, I started checking the queue at 9am, there was 50 people so I was straight into the website; thats knocked that browser out (I'd be in and it'd probabaly time out around 9:30 and chuck me to the back of the queue)

I kept checked every 3/4 mins using different browsers and eventually was satisfied with my queue position at around 09:14 from memory. Left it alone. The queue 'froze' a short while later meaning no one was getting into the site at all until it hit 10am and I was straight in.

I completely forgot tickets were on sale to Hotspur + members yesterday. Went in at 17.15 yesterday to have a look. I have no idea how but there were about 6 tickets together available for Chelsea game in the top row of 254 in the safe standing section. So I took one. Felt almost too good to be true - like a glitch of some sort - but I have email confirmation so 🤷‍♂️

Always worth checking everyday for seats available , even when games are supposedly sold out, fans cancelling etc or because game being moved which will almost certainly happen with Chelsea game.

How close to game do people allow for ticket details to appear on pass?

I had to update my pass out of expired back to my wallet, and am wondering when tix for Sheff utd game i brought will show on there? Not panicking yet as games about a month away, just curious as I had a heck of a time transferring my pass off of android phone onto Apple!

By past experience about 2 weeks before a game.

Cancel that info , mine is already showing Sheff game in google wallet but that is a season ticket so members may be different, quick email to ticket office if your worried.

I actually called about this expired status because my united pass went there 2 days before the game.

Apparently just a glitch and doesnt mean anything, so as long as you get the updated game, being in the expired pass folder doesnt mean anything.

At the moment it just displays the Do not delete this pass message, so going to give it a week or so to see if the Sheff Utd game details do appear on there before worrying!

yep, what seems to happen is that if you click on a ticket that is subsequently taken before you can put it in the basket and you get the ‘this ticket is no longer available’ if you haven’t cleared your cache, you will sometimes get that message for every ticket you click on.

Thanks! I suspect that's what screwed me out of Liverpool and Villa tickets :-(

Now that I can actually stomach watching our games again, I though I'd renew my One Hotspur + account.
Just went on to the ticketing site and, no matter which game I try to select, I get this message:

I can see Sheffield & Liverpool are sold out but it doesn't mention that for any of the other matches...

Anyone able to shed some light?

Thanks!

I've been going on the site for a week now trying to get tickets for the Fulham game and get the same message. I think they are all sold out. I'm waiting until they go on the exchange.
