Fabio Paratici has opened up on Tottenham’s decision to keep hold of Harry Kane this summer despite fierce interest from Manchester City.

As I remember, man city made the decision not to cough up enough to satisfy the club's valuation of kane, or perhaps not even enough to satisfy kane's own valuation of himself, as it was kane who announced that he was staying at spurs.
I don't remember paratici saying anything.

I’m sure Paratici was very busy in the “background”.
