What does Levy expect though when he thinks about putting offers in for these types players that they are going to except the Levy performance bonus salary scheme where there flat salary might be £80k a week! Of course they aren’t going to. It’s pretty obvious they will want
£150- £200k + a week.

We'd probably pay 150-200. It's when it's 250-300 that the issues start happening.

Just wanted to hear SC opinion

Would you prefer Bale or Dybala?
Both! Because I know Bale I’d say him; but there’s a part of me that says younger legs of Dybala - however, I only know of him from reading in here (I’m no longer all consumed by football, so knowledge of modern players is learned with hindsight)

If we offered 200k and an offer Juve accepted - we would get the fucker... he would reject Manure

Dybala plays off a striker not as the main striker, he’s a better player than Lukaku I agree with that

Different players can set up differently in another team, wasn't Dembele a striker before? Bale a LB etc etc. Surely you can't just say there is no way he can play CF for United with the likes of Martial, Rashford, James (maybe Sanchez) with the pace and youthful legs they have why couldn't he play the Firmino type role. He's hard working, great technical ability and has an eye for link up play. Firmino isn't a hold up CF. Just interested why you think that isn't a possibility at all?

Sky are reporting right now it is totally up to him if he wants the move or not. Thread is close to completion for me.

Moving on.

I think he could do a job there but it isn’t ideal and I think it’s a bit of a waste of his talents

Anything is better than Lukaku, so still be an upgrade unfortunately and makes them a lot better. Here's hoping Juventus see the light.

IMO if he signs he’ll play as a 10 behind rashford or martial.

Yeah I’d rather Utd didn’t get him

Bale is world class though... I personally don't think Dybala is yet imo

I can’t believe Juventus are going ahead with this. Mental! United have got so lucky!

I know, but I suppose that’s the difference between having a cast off like Lukaku ( who is overrated, but still a good striker) and a cast off like GKN who no fucker wants :(.
