Isn't the image right problem not due to future use of his likeness, but the lawsuit between him and that firm? So it's basically about taking on the risk of the lawsuit which could potentially be a liability of 40m. Hardly peanuts.

I think we need assurances a solution can be found but I question the validity of the reports saying we're against time to do it, if everybody within the deal is being forthright then maybe the final details can be ironed out after we register him depending on prem laws.
