PL Squad Confirmation

Does anyone know when the PL confirms each club's squad along with shirt numbers? Will it be before the first game?

Just curious as we obviously still have the likes of Adebayor, Lennon etc on the books. I Don't know about you, but I'd expect monumental uproar and chaos from most fans if those 2 are named.

There is simply no way the club are going to be flogging thousands of shirts at the home matchday opening the season, to fans while not knowing what numbers the players will be wearing.

We'll have played one game already, and people will just buy what they've seen. It's unlikely that players would change after the first game, but it can and has happened before. Bale changed, Adebayor changed, etc. There won't be an official list before the window closes.

Spurs have also usually announced ours in early august,
in fact when Adebayor changed from 25 to 10 after season kick off he agreed to pay the number change for those who had already bought theirs.
