Has anyone else noticed our players don't acknowledge passes intended for them that havnt quite made it because they've been intercepted or hit slightly too hard? Its so rare to see one of them turn around and give a thumbs up or clap for an intended pass. Its become one of those things that now ive noticed it I cant help seeing more and more examples.

I appreciate i could get a lot of spam or negative ratings for this but i am not posting it to be negative its just something i have picked up on and if thats the type of atmosphere at present within the squad its worrying.

Fair enough maybe its just something that because i'm looking out for it i'm just remembering the times they dont acknowledge it. As an armchair fan it can be more difficult to spot some of the ball stuff like this but keep an eye out for it. Hopefully i'm wrong because would be worrying if it is the case

Look at Kane's face after Townsend's over hit pass in the second half last night.
He certainly acknowledge how poor it was

I actually see the opposite. The thumps up, the small clap etc. I suppose it's a case of one sees what one wants to see

Its not as bad as all that, but there is a definite lack of communication on the pitch. Which is so basic... its what you get shouted at you at non-league level... "C'mon lads, talk to each other! Too quiet!" Not enough chat between them.

Lack of leaders on the pitch, so there isn't lots of obvious communication, but there are definitely the small acknowledgements.

To be honest though we rarely play through-balls or balls over the top for forwards to run onto, which is where you usually see those little acknowledgements when it doesn't quite come off but the forward is appreciating the idea. We tend to pass much more safely than that so when a pass goes astray it's more of an obvious mistake.

I'm five rows up from the pitch behind North stand goalmouth and LLoris doesn't half get stuck in to the defenders ref positioning or poor defending. There's loads of verbal going on between the back four for sure.

And Soldado had a right go at Townsend too when he took a shot and Soldado was in a better position.
Saw that... and then Andros creates a golden opening for himself and then bottles it and through balls it too hard for Kane... dreadful decision maker.

If they acknowledged every missed place pass on Sunday they would still be apologizing to each other now, I'm hoping they are practicing passing to each other instead of writing sorry notes to each other in preparation for Sunday, when we meet a team that hasn't scored for 4 games:whistle::whistle::whistle:
