Kanes been the best striker in the league this season, but Jan's been the best center back. Tough choice between those two, bit Harry's had a handful of games where he hasn't played well, where as Jan seems to put in an impressive display every week.

I would argue it’s easier to perform consistently as a cb compared to a striker.

Yeah, I was thinking that, but on the other hand Kane can sometimes have a poor game and yet still score a goal because one of his team mates hands him a tap in which makes his overall performance look better.
Its really hard to choose between them though. Harry's had more inspirational moments and earlier in the season he was fantastic, but JV has probably been better in the second half of the season.

I haven't voted yet. I'll probably decide at the end of the season.

Kane’s the obvious choice and probably nailed on to win it and in fairness it would be hard to argue that he does’nt deserve it.

But for me Jan has been the standout player for us this season, he’s been consistently excellent throughout the season and has really stepped up in the absence of Toby.

Voted Verts in here and Spurs os.
Kane has been fantastic but he sets the bar so high. Has he had a stand out season by his standards? Not quite, good for him and fantastic compared to others but for me Verts has stepped up a level this season.
Had his best season in a Spurs shirt imo.
Erikson also had a good season.

Vertonghen has been consistently good, Kane consistently good with a couple of slow patches and Eriksen has been superb on occasions but I would argue that no one has had a stand out season, I personally can't hand on heart say wow this or that player has been absolutely world class this year.
No doubt some people will take umbrage at that but I'm not disrespecting any of our players at all, they have all been good, in fact very good, but I just feel it has been a ticking over season even though we've done far better than I thought we would playing at wembley, we'll get CL again but I reckon a bunch of our players will tear the prem up next season.
For what it's worth I'm putting my cross next to Jan Vertonghen.
