Massive Stambouli fan. Ever since we were linked to Belhanda a while back I've watched a few of their games. He does however very much opperate the Capoue role. Just like Capoue passes really really well. Can also fill in at Centre back. But for this very much seems that we not happy with Sandro. Capoue and Stambouli. Bentaleb and Dembele. Thats how I view it. Much cheaper then Schneiderlein. However hes got the potential. Put him in a big team and he will get a french call up soon enough. Behind Pogba, Cabaye, Matuidi, and Kondogbia. Whos going to get into that team playing for Montpellier seriously.

I won't pretend to have watched the player but from everything I can find on him it seems he is a DM. Just because he knows how to look up and pass afterwards doesn't mean his primary role isn't defensive.
