He hasn't actually signed a contract with us yet nor had a medical. Montpellier only announced a deal had been agreed and stated he's on his way to London for said medical and to sign the contract. So, in fact it's now down to him whether or not he signs the papers.

"On his way for a medical" is much more advanced than "just fee agreed between the clubs." Presumably it means we have also more or less agreed upon the terms of a contract.
