Great signing for Spurs at such a young age too. So so happy with him.

I 100% certain he'll get even better playing with Aldo Vert and working under Poch.

Great strength pace and reads the game well.

Reminds me a lot more of Judas

Yeah, good shout, he's very reminiscent. More mobile I think, but similar in how he challenges/faces down opponents. Campbell often looked awkward, but almost always got the job done.

looking at some of the other CBs that other big sides have bought from Europe over the past few years, thinking of the likes off Rudiger, Otomendi, Mustafi, Lindoef ect. Seeing how they've all had lots of struggles in their game and to settle in this league. Davinson despite being the youngest of this group and least expierenced he's done the best, a lot that has to do with Vertonghen and Toby, but it mostly it indicates what type of man he is and the exceptional talent that he has to forfill. And the best is yet to come.

He's still a bit of a raw talent, which is evident from some of his tackles and clearances, but most of the time he defends effortlessly well. Really impressed with him.

Having, Dier in front and more importantly Verts and Toby either side helps, also we cut out crosses pretty well.

Was very impressed with him yesterday, was at the game and had a good look at him and the defence. What struck me is how well he works with the other two as a unit, they had the defence utterly under control. Must be a nightmare for the opposition. Get past one world class defender and two more are straight in to mop up. Best defence I've seen at Spurs. He will be some player.

Imagine what the defence will be like when they've worked together for half a season, it'll be even better than what it currently is.

Have to remember as well he's had to travel half way round world as well in middle of all this.As soon as inter breaks are done ,will be much easier for him to settle in.Its quite remarkable really, considering he had no pre season with us ,is 21 ,and probably playing in the most technical position on the pitch.Essentially his position controls the whole shape of the team. The fact poch trusted him to play the central role over Toby says a lot.

Agree he looks very good and will benefit so much from having Toby and Jan next to him.

Imagine how good he'll be when he gets more experience. For 21 years old looks like we've got a top class defender. Has fit in seamlessly with Toby and Jan at the back.
