Sadly that's a moot point, because he can't defend like AC Milan's backline circa 1990 he ain't getting in the team.Any update? Is he still ill?

Gareth Bale remains a doubt for our showdown against Liverpool in the Premier League at Anfield on Wednesday night (8pm).has there ever been any official confirmation that he was ill or was it just reporters stating this?
The money probably would have been better spent on the Hungarian fella at Salzburg. I think he’d be a key player for us immediately.
Bale is great commercially, but hasn’t really contributed all that much so far on the pitch. I was naturally excited when we got him and I hope he really comes good again for us, but judged on how it has gone so far you’d be seriously considering not renewing at this point.
So we should drop Kane?Seems To me that the current Kane role is perfect For Bale
He was the one attacker who didn’t look like trash second half, but I guess rhetorics gotta rhetoric

Time to go to sleep lad.
Not a game to judge him on to be honest when the team setup and dynamic was as poor as it was today. Don't get me wrong I'm yet to be convinced by him, but not gonna get on his back after this specific game.
I mean Son's on fire and he looked shit today as well.
