I had to chuckle as he ran on i said to my mate he’ll get bloody sent off, about two minutes later he’s off and my pal was pissing himself wouldn't have even had time to put a bet on it.

I feel like he has to stop being included in games with big implications, like todays. It was ok at first to chuck him in the deep end, just to see how well he could swim and give him experience but too often he hasn't stayed afloat. Way too much of a liability but most of all, he hasn't yet learnt from his mistakes throughout the season either. Today, it was stupid play even before the lunge, held onto the ball way too long, taking himself out of position when we're already down to 10 men. Just so poor.

2 years of training/learning from two of the best defenders in the league, not to mention a former centre back in Poch, in addition to being a professional footballer and he still makes that run/tackle...

Knew the moment he overran it he was gonna get sent off. Looked nasty in real time

It's harsh on him given his inexperience (pretty sure he's still under 20 career appearances at the senior level) but I'm absolutely disgusted with him. There's no excuse for that tackle when he'd been brought on specifically to mitigate the risk of going down to nine men. If we miss out on top four, lose a number of our best players, and fail to adequately replace them it's going to be very difficult for me to have anything but antipathy for him.

Haha @Vinny_Sammways_left_peg
You disagree with Eriksen’s what the hell reaction?
You think Foyth had a good game?
Absolutely disgraceful from him today. What did he last? 2minutes? Put us down to 9men.
He threw his team under the bus today.
Eriksen has run his nuts of this season, ever present and today he has to cover for for two moments of sheer brainlessness. Not to mention the extra fatigue built for Wednesday. And God forbid that was our chance at top4. I’d of been llivid with Son and Foyth

He was barely on the pitch long enough, he did something rash but it looked worse than it was. That picture has zero fucking context in all honesty - CE could be shouldering arms at the ref ...

Ref created everything that happened after the 30th minute of that pitch today, our players were in the crosshairs and that pretty much was all she wrote.

I think he's bemoaning Foyth's decision to dive in like that after taking the ball out from the back while already a man down.

Studs up too, terrible challenge.

Dont be ridiculous.
It’s not the refs fault Son flicked out at and shoved for his red and Foyth goes flying in. What’s his excuse? Oh it was yellow! He was lucky he didn’t connect fully with that knee high right foot
No excuses for pro footballers
Look how much grief Harry takes and soaks up.
Foyth left us with 9 v 11 for a full half. The last thing an already knackered thin squad needed before trying to claw back a CL semi

I agree it looked worse than what it was. It looked like he slid in on the ground which in itself was not a red card but yellow at worst - the thing is the fucker decided to stick his foot up at the last second to make it look so much worse so in essence it looked like it was a high tackle but actually it wasnt.

Still shit and still nonsensical

It was bizarre. Trouble was, he was so out of control his head went right back, ended up looking up at the sky and that lifted his legs up off the ground.
Just dumb.

What kind of fucking mental gymnastics is this?! It looked bad because it was a bad challenge, a dangerous challenge.

If the same challenge was made against us, you'd expect a red card without hesitation.

Yep. When your foot is raised that high off the ground in a sliding tackle and you make contact with the opposition, if seen it's gonna be a red.

Ref didn't do his job mate, he created the shite that followed. If you watched the game you'd know.

Absolutely no excuse for Foyth.
Son was frustrated maybe but the Ref did not influence what Foyth did. He’s was on for 2 minutes.
This is the foyth thead and unfortunately he has form for rash decisions
As I live in Bournemouth, this was my shortest away trip of the season.

We are all angry but to call for a player to be sold seems excessive. He made a massive mistake and he will know it and its potential impact.

As I live in Bournemouth, this was my shores to away match of the season. But thanks for asking
As I keep saying this wouldn't have occurred if Pawson hadn't been such a bottler. I could argue about Foyth but I still think it's created by the ref earlier in the game.

Glad you live in Bournemouth, nice day out. (y)

Absolutely idiotic by him and all he has done is contributed to us losing today. Know we are already a man down and lunges in like that right at the beginning of the half.
