Take away his stupid mistakes. Not mistakes, just the stupid ones. We would be sitting on top of the league. I'm talking directly affecting points. Man city, man utd. Etc.. Etc... Etc..

@Paolo10 its fine to disagree with opinion, but you have no grounds to disagree with fact. Dislike my post, doh, wtf it. But you come off a little silly disagreeing with this.

Can you list those?

Genuine question.
Let Mane in behind him vs Liverpool, Man U terrible give away to pogba who played in a wide open Rashford, Man City missed header off a punt then got roasted by Sterling. All three losses by 1 goal.

Interested to see his maths fail horribly.

We've been drawing twice when Trippier has allegedly made mistakes (that you'd solely blame him for), against United and City.

So again, you're wrong.

I know you're always keen to defend him but are you actually Trippier's solicitor now?

Moura, who I’ve really wanted to do well, was appalling last night. Maybe he’s a confidence player but his indifferent application and crap technique must have had Poch going all Mike Dean on him in the changing rooms afterwards.

I remember some ITK a few years back after the shit shower at Newcastle on the last game of the season stating that Poch wanted rid of some players for their weak mentality. I’d be surprised if this wasn’t the case again because we’ve been dreadful the last two games

He’s been awful for two seasons. Yet the manager keeps picking him. There’s a point when you’ve got to get past pointing the finger at a player out of his depth and start pointing it at the person who keeps selecting him.

Paolo ffs mate , your from my neck of the woods, catch yourself on, your defending the indefensible or flogging a dead horse if you prefer.Wee tripps has a fantastic delivery in his locker but that's basically it mate,he is really weak defensively which is or should be his bread and butter, too small and too slow but above all else he continually lets you down on the big occasions and always has a mistake in him (just like Loris but that's another story). It's pretty much a black and white issue ,just let it go mate.

It’s a shame Mr. Know-It-All.. Bus Conductor is no longer with us.

The shit he used to spout about how great Trips was compared to Walker. Usually based around some obscure statistical analysis rather than watching a game of football.

Absolute wally.

I am sure Sweaty is reading this and grinding his gears ?

We have to also account that both man city and Liverpool losses would equate to both of them being 2 points down. And us 2 points up. Let's not also forget wolves.

BC @ the fighting cock

"Also, Trippier hardly makes any of the total cluster fucks that Walker frequently made - and is still making - some of the things Trippier gets blamed for are just normal football stuff, like teams catching us with our FB's up the pitch and high line, or playing good passes inside the FB - the same happened Walker - but when it happened to Walker no one blamed him or called it a major blunder."

Getting the response

"Do you ever actually change your mind about a player? They seem to immediately be put in one of two categories and never moved:

Category 1) Brain dead bumblers, such as Walker, Dele and Son

Category 2) Sun shines out of their arse - Trippier, Bentaleb and Lamela fall into this category.

How do you decide which player goes into each category? Toss of the coin?"

Some things don't change.

I get puzzled when people talk about Trippier's great delivery, I can barely remember him creating a goal.

I maintain the worse thing that happened to him was that free kick in the WC, it went completely to his head

That's not how it works though, we were 1-0 down already against Liverpool (as well as other players having a degree of culpability), so you're still wrong...even with such creative mathematics.
