It's 6 days. Will prob stay there until Weds and then Fly back. Thursday, light training. Friday full training and ready for Saturday. Possibly just a bench role but deffo available for Liverpool on Tuesday. We need bodies in midfield at the moment and Capoue is out of favour and Paulinho, whilst being ok, is not up to the standard of the others. Mason, Bentaleb, Dembele and Stambouli are a solid four and we need all four available.

Players tend to have a day or two to debrief so I reckon earlier he'll be back is Weds. Poch way want to give him a day off as well to get back on UK time. Be brilliant if he is back for the NLD, absolutely brilliant.

I thought that too. His thinking may be that he has covered the inside of the post and with his legs closed he cant get through him, so would have to go round and miss or inside and easier for keeper. If he sticks a back leg out it could deflect in through his open legs. Obviously his positioning was off.

Alternatively he may have thought it's the 94th minutes 2-1 down I've just tracked back all this way will it make a difference if I stick out a leg or not.
