So impressed with him today, his reading of the game and anticipation were totally on point.

He obviously had the easier wing in terms of defending but he was slick.

At the start of the season, I thought he would be our weakest link....

I know nothing about Football. He's been great.

Love his endeavour and attitude and his wand of a right foot...

But...

However much his defending has improved he still has a long way to go. Every chance Liverpool had first half went through Porro. He needs a bit more help and cover because he's simply not a natural defender like Udogie is.

Having said that his improvement is rapid. Great attitude

it's kinda crazy how Royal was flying so high (obviously he's very one dimmensional) but Porro just ripped this starting role from him and has run away with it. Some of the passes he has played are crazy and one major thing i hope he improves in is his final ball on those quick low crosses. Feel like they always hit the defender, but man oh man we got a perfect player for this system

Hee hee.

He is quietly doing a great job for the team. If he keeps improving, particularly on the defensive side of his game he will be an absolute beast. Appears to have a really great mentality as well.

Yeah I just didn't see him being not just our starting right back but owning the position. Credit to him and the coaching team.

Their goal and the disallowed goal came from balls played in from their right (our left) side of the pitch. I would agree he could have been a bit tighter to Diaz for the disallowed goal (although I suspect he was also trying to play him offside)

Yet another example of some our fans being fucking morons for writing off a player after 2 months.
