Shocker tonight. Actually worse than Emerson.
That's being kind to Emerson.

The whole team was shite though, but especially our right side. I think he missed Romero being beside him, gives him extra confidence to progress and do more with the all.

Hes been a standout performer for weeks. I'll cut him some slack tonight.

Push him into RM for 60 minutes next game and push Emerson into RB seeing as Kulu is out. It’d be interesting to see how he gets on.
Then give him a game off from starting, the guy needs a break or we’ll end up breaking him which won’t do us any favours going into February and March.

There’s a winter break in Jan, he can carry on for a few more games in his proper position and then have a rest mid Jan.

It must be tough for the fullbacks as largely they're all playing and not even getting chance to be rested for 20 mins here and there. Porro has been off it the last couple of games but it was bound to happen. If we can sort a centre back and get VdV back for the Utd game it totally changes how we can approach games. Start Emerson on the bench for example and bring Porro off from time to time and I'm sure he'll recover better. Same for Udogie with Davies covering.

Spot on, this is why Ange was saying yesterday after the game that it’s not just our CB’s but the whole team who are now dead on their feet as a knock on effect of all of our injuries.

I Didn’t even realise that so had a quick look and it’s scheduled for the 13th - 20th Jan for anyone who lives under a rock!
We’ve only got two league games on the 14th and 31st with the fa cup on the 5th, what a result!🤣

Goal or assist for my FPL today please Pedro.

I’m not going to ask for a clean sheet when you have 2 full backs next to you playing CB 😅

Didn’t think had his best game today, made some poor decisions. Still best rb we have had since Walker

He seemed to come alive in the last 20 mins and played some great stuff. Almost like a 2nd wind or something. Hopefully we get a cb and VdV back soon so Emerson can come in and allow him some rest. Even today at 3 nil he stayed on where maybe he could come off and Emerson shift across.

Both Porro and Udogie have turned out to be the perfect FB's for Ange's system, and not many of us would've thought that six months ago.
Both becoming such important players for us and I for one am loving it!

Think he's looked a bit tired the last couple of games, not surprising that he might experience a drop off. Having said that, he kept going, gave everything and helped us offer across the line.
