He’s really agile considering how big he is as well. Should give Lloris a good push for the no.1 spot this season.

I did notice that (can't remember who) a Chelsea player had a similar chance to Bergwijn's goal afterwards and he stood tall taking it in his chest.

Thought him (and to a lesser extent Skipp) were the two standouts tonight. Very excited if he's our future #1.

Abraham I think. You’re right he made himself big and covered his near post. Gave Abraham nothing to aim at.

Tammy sounds right. So many changes I lost track of who was where for Chelsea in the end.

With performances like that he'll just grow in confidence. Most impressed how he imposed himself. Star in the making I reckon.

Looked a little overzealous at first (likely down to first match nerves) but felt he really turned into a strong, confident presence pretty quickly.

Seems like a nice guy, and comes across as very confident and thoughtful. Definitely seems a shrewd bit of business to back up Lloris, and all the better if he can even push him this year and look like he has a chance of taking on the mantle.

I like him.

The guy is a natural at handling the camera. Only one game I know but he's doing and saying all the right things so far. Loved his reaction when the Arsenal game was mentioned. Even at this early stage he's clearly aware of how much these derby matches mean to the Spurs supporters.

And we have Romero coming who they have played together at Atalanta! Loving that backline presence there!
