Understand the frustration but he has played around 700 league minutes in the last two seasons.

When he was fit at A Madrid and United he wasn't first choice. If he can be first choice at Brentford and do well (Rico Henry out for the season) then we could get a decent fee which isn't likely in January.

I believe Ange doesn't rate him and thinks Davies is out second best left back. He probably doesn't know what Sessegnon is other than a walking injury waiting to happen. Either way he's more a LWF than hes a defender

On the flip side I don't think he got much football at Atletico and he didn't play much at United either. May want to go somewhere where being first choice and actually playing consecutive football is more likely.
