Don’t think it’s to much of a stretch to say Kane & Son will be the biggest living legends the club has when they stop playing. And they’d probably be in the debate for all time legends, well not probably they will be.

Yeah, what Son has done that sets him (and Lloris) apart from all the other big names we've had in the last 30 years, is that he has spent his prime with us. There are some others you could put in that bracket, like King and Kane, but King had his injuries and Kane had last summer. Son is a genuine world class player who could play for any club in the world, but he has been nothing but dedicated to us and even signed a new contract when we were at our worst in many years.

If bergwijn is going as it seems likely he is we do need a forward who can deputise for Sonny. Really not sure one forward who is versatile across the front three is enough, though I suppose it depends on what happens to Lucas

I have absolutely no stats to back this up*, but I reckon goals are shared around the team a lot more than they used to be. Liverpool for example have 3 players with 15+ league goals, 8 Man City players have 7 or more league goals, and Chelsea have 13 players who have scored at least 3 league goals.

*I mean stats from seasons gone by. Obviously I have stats for this season, they're right there.
I think 23 is probably about average really and those 3 were just blowing smoke up their own arses.

Only one is Burnley away - that was instinctive
He's actually got 3 more in addition to that Burnley header. Albeit, none are what you'd call "traditional" headed goals.

Yet unbelievably not included in this seasons PFA Player Of The Year nominations. The sheer bloody lunacy of putting the list together in December really does take some believing.

They love him over there don't they?

At the start i'm thinking, what's his Dad prating about doing with the bags....it becomes apparent.

Isn't his dad the guy who trained Sonny to be so good with both feet? I think his dad should share his methods because it is so rare to see a genuine world class player equally good on either foot. Remember my grandad saying Bobby Charlton was as good shooting with his left foot from long distance as his right.

Or Gil. Lucas will stay, but we do need a few more forward options.

Used to teach out there. South Korean parents are something to behold.

Comfortably my favourite current player. Elite. As I said to @Stoof I want us to win something next season as much for him and his legacy as for myself. Right now, I believe we will.
