I think this was dismissed earlier. Essentially the story goes that earlier in the season Liverpool were thinking about it, but the success Conte has had, and Son's golden boot put a stop to it.
Not sure why they thought a mediocre season would have made him attainable. Son signed a new contract even before Conte took charge.

Every time we play them Klopp is up his hole after the game. He was caught saying "Here (Anfield) is special" after the last game to Sonny.
No chance they could get him. Even if Sonny went for it, which I doubt, Levy is not selling one of our best players and especially not to a rival.
Klopp really is a hypocritical, fake, sneaky, salty c**t. He's been trying to unsettle Martinelli as well in every interview after they play Woolwich. The man is nothing more than a charismatic bully who can't take defeat or having anyone challenge him.

Son signed his new deal last summer when we were in a really bad state, so if he was mad enough to be loyal then now we’re in a much better place I’d find it odd if he wants to leave now.
