You are right he has played LCM more this season but He's right footed, and can definitely play RCM and has.

Exactly this. I love Tolisso, but sometimes I wonder how BC sees so much football to comment on every player from every league.

I happily admit when I know little about players or leagues, but I have seen Tolisso plenty (including live this season) where he did indeed play LCM in a CM3. But I also know he's right footed and I think would prefer or at least be more than comfortable playing RCM.

I generally do, but it's not set in stone, depends on the player and how comfortable they are with playing opposite side and the system.

Do we even have a right or left CM? Dier plays deeper picking up off the back four and Dembele tends to play slightly higher up? Does it matter if one is slightly left or right?

We definitely play more right/left biased CM2 system, especially when the players are Dier and a leftie. Of course in our CM2 they both have to be dynamic and there is a fair bit of interchangeability but fundamentally most weeks the bias is clearly right/left, particularly with Dier who tends to move far more in vertical patterns, whereas Dembele is more vertical & horizontal.

I'd be incredibly surprised if you've ever watched any other game apart from a spurs match because you've spent the last 12 years of your life on this internet forum.
