Almost looked like he fancied a few weeks off it was that blatant and stupid, and totally unnecessary. Thankfully his teammates bailed him out today.
Can't have any complaints about the cards, and he'll be a big miss for a couple of games.

Only misses one game with two bookings, he'll only miss Fulham.

Not the worst game he could be out for but we the fans, his team mates and Ange all have every right to be thoroughly pissed off at him for that.

Bissouma has been so good so far but he has to cut out the bookings

Don't recall a booking that actually benefited us by stopped a goal/dangerous attack

Think 2 were arguing with the ref, 2 needless pull backs and a dive

But he also got the 5 yellows ban before he got the second. Does he miss 1 or 2 games?

He's been unreal this season so we let him off this for sure but definitely silly booking as most of his have been this season so hopefully he will learn from this but not the worst game or 2x games for PEH to fill in.

Very silly boy.

I do think there is a problem with the system whereby the #6 can be left very exposed on the transition. Especially when that player is getting involved much higher up the pitch.

Makes sense. Stops a player getting a deliberate second yellow in garbage time of a game to reset the clock.
Love it.

I'm gonna call it garbage time from now on.

Although having said that, it is now giving me flashbacks to our last 3 managers so maybe not :cautious:

As said above it was a pretty dumb thing to do.

On a hot day in a game you should win, you don't really need to give the opposition any glimmer of hope.
Especially as each one was a nailed on booking, He has to get out of the habit of jumping on people's backs that are running past him, yes there is taking one for the team but suck it up man and at least make an effort to get goal side, then foul if it's looking dangerous.
Luckily it didn't hurt us today. Lets hope it doesn't hurt us against Fulham...

Apparently he is getting lots of racist abuse on various Social media platforms.

I hope anyone doing that stubs their big toe. Absolute ****s

Sad that no matter how much good will is in the bank it seems that some people are only ever one mistake away from reverting to the most base, ville people.

The sooner these people are taught their actions have real consequences the better.

I hope it's not Spurs fans especially after Udogie last week and the whole taking the knee thing this weekend. But appreciate we have our fair share of numpties.

Would imagine it's the same fans of other teams that went after udogie. If it's ours I hope they are all hunted down and banned for life.

I don't think it's so much a problem as by design, and the calculated risk that we'll benefit more often by committing him forward repeatedly than we'll get punished on the break. He and Maddison have been keeping us ticking all season so far, and probably neither of them have the same impact if Bissouma was holding back a lot of the time.

We do definitely though need to assume that risk and deal with it at the back if needs be rather than whatever that first yellow challenge was. He's absolutely got to stop getting booked so often when it's not necessary.
