Tottenham's Neville Chamberlain.
Adebayor has the qualities to be anything he likes but doesn't seem to be bothered.
An appeasement too far Mauricio.

Not sure where Poch is going with all this. I understand, and agree, with his general approach of talking up players to try to keep everyone happy and get the best out of them but if I was a player having Ade come in a captain the side would not make me happy. Is he too afraid to admit he made mistakes by making Kaboul captain and Ade a vice captain?

It's not gonna work poch, he's beyond redemption imo.

If he refuses to move on we just gotta accept it and pay the guy to train with the development squad until his contract is up.

Making him vice hasn't worked and won't work, nice try though, was worth a shot.

He may have the qualities, but he's not putting them to good use. So what's the point.

It helps little to talk about shit like this in public. I'm sure he has his doubts but he'll work on them privately with the team or with individual players, as he should.
