This is probably the most likely , but as someone else said they might have approached a super agent like Mendes or Zahavi and tried to get to Pochettino that way

Tapping up happens

Mendes is involved with Man United at the moment... as Mourinho's agent.

All the papers are back to Mou again now, makes this story look even more fabricated.

True or false, I personally find it all unsettling, especially as we could be on the verge of something big with our club. If he goes in the summer I think many will need counseling. :(.
However from the way he talks I'm very optimistic he will stay.:).
Though speculation, because the press just love doing stuff like this is still unsettling.

I think it's also worth pointing out that Van Gaal called Custis a fat man the other week. Custis acted hurt but milked it for all it was worth, then writes an exclusive that someone else has been approached for his job. Mmmm.

Wow he's properly taken that fat man comment to heart. He is fat though. Next time I saw him in a conference, I'd severely push him over the edge ' Hey, I see you're still the same size' 'There's my fat friend there' etc etc. On a side note, why do these Journo's all look like pricks ?

I think some if not most had dreams of playing football, but they were weak/fat nerds at school, so they went into writing about it. Look at the panel on Sunday Supplement, or that freak Paul Jiggins, or Adrian Durham. In most walks of life these people would be outcasts... they've found a platform to spout whatever bitter thoughts they want, and here we are. There are some very good writers/broadcasters around, who really capture the mood, just not at the Mirror or the Sun where it's all about scandal and driven purely by sales.

I'll just leave this here. Check out the hair/shirt combo. http://img.thesun.co.uk/aidemitlum/archive/01803/Paul_Jiggins__Engl_1803371a.jpg

Nearly every paper is running with the Mourinho done deal/or nearly done deal story bar the Sun lol.

And that's because of this bollox story they released yesterday that has got everyone on here discussing it!

Coincidence, I think not.

I've changed your link to an archive link so people don't have to visit that cancer-ridden rags site, go to www.archive.is and post the link to get an archive version like this.

We need to worry about our manager being poached, but not before the end of next season. That's the time to worry, not now.
