I genuinely believe we are a better fit with Potch than Man U. I really cannot see him suddenly give up on developing players and growing teams, swapping this for trying to buy instant success as the Owners of Man U demand. I hope he really is he for the long term. The new stadium must help as well. These are very exciting times.

I agree, Hopefully he isnt just satisfied with earning a bigger pay check. i think he is quite loyal & honest. he said he would leave southampton should his mate leave the chairman position and he did.
He is building something to remember here & he is a great fit for us.
We could have a manager here for the next 10-15 years + if everything goes well. We need the type of loyalty from Poch which Wenger has shown Arsenal!

And we need to be loyal to Poch when things aren't as rosy as they are now. Fans and boardroom alike. He is clearly the man for the present and the man for the long haul.

Well he has been quoted as saying "I want to lead my team out in our new stadium" So seems he's here for a couple more years at least.(y)

The owners of Yanited do not demand instant success. If you look at the teams Fergie put together youth lay at the very heart of those sides. On a short contract LVG has done the opposite with the exception of Marital and Depay.

I'd be very surprised if any top European team haven't looked at what Poch is doing and thinking about their next managerial appointment.

Any interest from big clubs should be treated as a compliment. For once, we have a manager we want to keep rather than one we want to fire. I'm sure Levy will keep Poch at all cost.

He's going about it the right way. This team isn't there yet but in a few years, if we keep this squad together, some manager will have a great chance of winning major trophies. I think he's thinking along those lines. If we keep Poch and the main players, once the new stadium opens we'll have a strong side - I suspect Poch would need a lot of persuading to join Manyoo.

the Argentine is so determined to leave the club in the best state possible when he eventually departs that he is even watching the club’s Under-8s.
Total dedication. Fierce ambition.

Agree. Although i hate to admit it, Arsenal have done this with Wenger. Those years they won fuck all and many gooners wanted him gone but they stuck with him. Two FA cups and a shout for the league this year is proving the club right. If that was Spurs, unfortunately i think he would have been gone. We need to accept that there will be some bad times but if we are serious about building for the long term we need to be a bit patient and stick with our man.
