Would I rather be the team playing their 3rd game of pre season, with 25% possession, scored 2 corners, 4 chances all game, keeper had a worldie? Hell no. That was fun and I loved it, am v v happy. Clearly defenders needed (we know that), but that was so positive.

Think it's probably good to get some losses in pre-season tbh. Stops the team getting complacent.

After the Ramos pre-season where we battered everyone I'm deeply distrustful of pre-season results.

Nothing surprises us about the defensive lapses that cost us 3 goals and it was the only chances that West Ham had.

2 new centre backs and maybe we will have a decent season.
