The players are training non-stop, so they can be as fit and sharp as possible for the start of the season. AVB is making them work hard, and I'm sure it'll pay-off.

Spurs XI won 4-0 today against Kingstonian... who ever they are? Goals by Dawkins, Obika, McEvoy, and then Ceballos/Coulthirist. Apparently they are both claiming it so unsure who got it!!

Starting line up was - Archer ; Fredericks, Ball, Stewart, Smith; Lameiras, Gillifuici, Dawkins, Ceballos, Obika and McEvory.

Unlikely considering he must of started training this week as he only finished his last game on 22nd June
