Michael Oliver involved again! How many times is that idiot involved in bad decisions?
Every time he makes one?

No it's silly isn't it. But his studs did plant into Chillwell's leg and an appeals board would argue that that could be construed as violent conduct, and that's the thing. Obviously what you say is true, but that doesn't stop that it's likely that the decision will be upheld.
With referee's my issue is they've probably been told that if someone plants their studs high up someone's legs, that's a red card. It's something that has been clamped on ever since the series of high profile injuries in the late 2000s early 2010s and I don't think they're really thinking about context, and that's why I don't think it will be overturned. One of the things VAR has done is highlighted how referee's see the game, not just in the UK, comes illogical position from a playing point of view.
That's the thing, I don't think this is the mistake of a few individuals, but rather reflects what current referees see as fouls.
Brighton have looked pretty shit so far.
If Potter does become our new manager, he can bring Bissouma with him
Random clip of the day
Wood first-half hat-trick.
Wolves are a fucking joke. They better still be this shit in 3 weeks.
The way Boly was ambling back it looks like he's downed tools, in fact everyone looks the same.
I'm not disagreeing with this, I'm saying why I think they wont overturn it, I think it wasn't a red card. But I don't think the refs would overturn it.I get where you are coming from, but he's cleared the ball to keep in a way to keep it in play.
He hasn't looked at the man, eyes are down on the ball the entire man, which takes out the violent or on purpose piece. Then secondly he's gone in side footed to clear the ball to keep it in play, as if he went with his laces it's going out for a throw in. It's been way over analysed and slowed down, and if it was a decision against one of our players I'd be frustrated as well.
They need to look at the entire phase of play and the footballing outcome before making a decision like that. It's slowly becoming a non-contact sport and for me VAR and over analysing every play is contributing to that.
Look at the Wilson goal being ruled out against Liverpool, the ball was smashed against him from less than a yard away as well.
Not a bad shout.I could see Jose at Wolves in the near future
